7 Months!

These months are sure flying by! And we are busier than ever! Ms. Gracie has had lots of new experiences and is growing super fast to boot! Along with the warmer temperatures has come lots of new and exciting outdoor fun for Gracie.




We started off with our first hike. She absolutely loves being outside so the hike was a total success and we all had a great time. She got to try out her new carrier with Dad too & that was fun. Here are some pictures from the outdoor adventure:

Gracie is loving her Gymboree classes. She loves the other children and really enjoys the songs & activities.

Finally warm enough for some pool time and boy-oh-boy did she love that! Gracie is definitely a water babe for sure. She loves splashing around in the water and just being outdoors in general. We all had a ball.

Daddy had a work gathering at the B&O Railroad Museum. We all went and had a great time looking at all the trains and even going on Gracie's first train ride!
All Aboard!

Mommy & Gracie took off to Grandma & Grandpa Noone's for a weekend and Gracie got to spend some fun time playing with Uncle Stephen - they had lots of fun & she really enjoys his company.

While we were there we also got to visit with Great Grandma Hart! It was the first time Gracie and she were meeting and they hit it off immediately. They were having so much fun that we decided Grammie needed to come home with us for the week so they could continue their shenanigans. :)

It was special time for all of us and we were super glad to have her there with us. Hope to do it again soon! Here are some pics from that visit:

Ohhh - and while Grammie was here, Gracie had pizza crusts for the first time - wowsers did she LOVE those! Threw a fit when it was taken away but definitely enjoyed it while it lasted!

Not only did Gracie get to meet Great Grammie but her cool friend Robby & his amazing fiance, Sara! We had fun walking around the National Harbor - grabbing lunch & getting our first BooBoo! :)

Ahh well - may be the first but definitely NOT the last! She's a tough cookie though...

Other than our outdoor adventures & meeting new friends & family Gracie has been enjoying time at home....

Dancing with Daddy

Riding my fun new Lion friend - pretty soon I'll be scooting around on this guy all by myself but my little leggies gotta grow a bit before then. Soon enough though!

Learning to crawl!

She's grown a lot - we did have an interim visit with the pediatrician due to a little skin issue - she has a touch of eczema - not a big deal but we learned that she is now almost 17lbs! She's loving her solids and loving eating everything in sight!

We've also graduated to taking baths in the big tub! This is a lot easier for Mom & Dad since Gracie can now sit on her own.

Enjoying my new friend, Sophie. Sophie we have found is quite popular with teething kiddos and especially with mine! Gracie loves her and we love her for helping with the teething process. Still no teeth yet but definitely displaying symptoms.

Snack Time!

This post is a bit late and Month 7 will follow soon after since Gracie is now almost 8 months! But I wanted to get this one up for now. Things are a little hectic during the summer months for us but should be winding down here soon enough. We look forward to sharing Gracie's next months adventures with you!
